About

Carole is passionate about photography. The decision to sign up for an evening class ‘to take a better picture’ back in 2014 has taken her in a direction she could never have foreseen.

Photography has made her view the locations she loves with brand new eyes. Based in Carshalton, Surrey Carole is very lucky to have lots of amazing green spaces around her, along with the wonderful coastline of West Sussex. “There is no better feeling that seeing the sunrise on a deserted beach, watching the colours and light change, and embracing a brand new day”.

Carole is also a keen quilter, crocheter and crafter. Quilting for over 16 years, crochets is a much more recent endeavor but equally enjoyable. Participation in the Carshalton Artist Open Street event in 2021 was a definite highlight.  Carole has created a monthly Craft & Chat group for people to meet like minded friends, meeting at The Sound Lounge in Sutton , on the third Saturday each month. Carole also runs regular workshops ‘The Art of Crochet’, held locally in Carshalton and surrounding area.
